my dear friend Tai gave me this adorable white squirrel. she (the squirrel) immediately became friends with the plastic ravens that guard the window in my lil'  studio.

the never-ending saga of framing

a few months ago i tried to give myself a bit of a break, and find an easier way to frame my work. long story short, it was a big pain-in-the-ass (though i'm still working on it), and i'm back to the old pain-in-the-ass way of doing it. with a twist. instead of plain old black paper, i'm seeing dots. lots of dots.
